Are there per-cover fees or commissions?
No. Reservations are included in every paid Fudie plan. You pay for your plan, not per guest or per booking.
Do I need Daber AI to take bookings?
No. Your menu page, website widget, and dashboard work on any paid Fudie plan. Only the AI phone agent runs on a Daber AI plan.
What happens when a time is full?
Guests and the phone agent are offered the nearest free times. Your staff can still book inside the walk-in hold-back or override capacity from the dashboard.
Can I set up my real tables?
Yes. List your tables with their seats and area, mark which ones can be joined, and Fudie assigns the best fit to every booking.
How do guests change or cancel?
Guests who leave an email get a link to cancel online. Anyone can call the phone agent with their confirmation code, or contact you directly. Your team can change any booking from the dashboard.
Which languages are supported?
The menu page and booking widget work in 17 languages, and the Daber AI agent talks to callers in their language.
