Team Management

Fudie is built for teams. Share brand kits, pool credits, and maintain visual consistency across your entire organization.

How Teams Work

Every Fudie account belongs to a team. When you sign up, a team is automatically created for you as the owner. You can then invite others to join.

Team Roles

  • Owner — Full control. Can invite/remove members, manage the brand kit, style presets, and billing. Each team has exactly one owner.
  • Member — Can use the team's brand kit, style presets, and shared credit pool to create content. Cannot manage team settings or invite others.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to the Team page
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  3. Click Invite
  4. The invitee will receive an email with a join link that expires in 7 days

Important Notes on Invitations

  • Pending invitations count toward your seat limit
  • You can revoke pending invitations before they expire
  • Users with an active personal subscription cannot join another team — they must cancel their subscription first

Seat Limits by Plan

PlanTotal Seats
Appetizer1 (owner only)
Main Course3 (owner + 2 members)
The Banquet10 (owner + 9 members)

If you reach your seat limit, you'll need to upgrade your plan or remove existing members/invitations before inviting more people.

Shared Credits

When a member joins your team, their personal credits transfer to the team credit pool. All team members draw from this shared pool when generating content.

  • Subscription credits are granted monthly based on the owner's plan
  • Purchased credit packs are added to the team pool
  • All members can use credits from the pool
  • Credits are shared — there's no per-member allocation

Removing Members

As the team owner:

  1. Go to the Team page
  2. Find the member in the members list
  3. Click the remove button next to their name

Removed members immediately lose access to the team's brand kit, credits, and content.

Best Practices

  • Start with the owner setting up the Brand Kit before inviting members, so everyone starts with consistent branding
  • Use Style Presets to create standardized configurations that all team members can follow
  • Monitor credit usage in the Settings page to ensure your team has enough credits for the month
  • Upgrade proactively if your team is growing — pending invitations take up seats too
