Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Fudie! This guide will walk you through creating your first AI-generated food photo in under 5 minutes.

Step 1: Sign In

You can sign in to Fudie using two methods:

• Google Sign-In — Click "Sign in with Google" and authorize with your Google account. Instant access, no password needed.
• Magic Link — Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure one-time login link. Click the link in your inbox to sign in. The link expires after 1 hour.

Your account is created automatically on your first login.

Step 2: Navigate to the Creation Page

Once signed in, click Create in the navigation. This is your AI studio where all the magic happens.

Step 3: Choose Your Creation Path

Fudie offers two main creation paths:

Upload Path (Recommended for Beginners)

Upload an existing photo of your dish. You can then:

• Enhance — Improve lighting, colors, and presentation while keeping the food authentic.
• Restyle — Apply new styling while preserving the exact dish, ingredients, and plating.
• Animate — Transform your photo into a cinematic video clip with steam and motion.
• Upscale — Increase resolution up to 4K without pixelation.

Generate Path

Create food photos from scratch using text descriptions. No input photo needed — just describe what you want to see.

Step 4: Configure Your Style

Use the prompt builder to set your preferences:

• Lighting — Natural, studio, warm, or cool
• Background — Neutral, dark, tabletop, or blurred
• Style — Menu-ready, social pop, fine dining, or cafe
• Angle — Top-down, 45 degrees, close-up, or eye-level

You can also select a Style Pack for a pre-built combination that works well together.

Step 5: Choose Output Settings

Select your output format based on where you'll use the images:

• 1:1 Square — Perfect for Instagram feed and delivery apps
• 4:5 Portrait — Great for Instagram posts and mobile
• 16:9 Landscape — Ideal for website banners and Google Business

Choose how many variations you want (up to 4) to compare different results.

Step 6: Generate

Click Generate and watch your creation come to life. You'll see real-time progress as the AI works. Most images are ready in under 30 seconds.

Step 7: Review and Download

Once complete, review your generated images. Each one includes a quality score so you can pick the best result. Download your favorites and use them across your marketing channels.
