Managing Your Subscription
Fudie offers three subscription tiers designed for different stages of your business. Here's everything you need to know about managing your plan.

All plans include: Brand Calibration, Dynamic Brand Styling, Team Brand Kit, and Menu Launch Batch.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Select a higher-tier plan
- Choose monthly or yearly billing
- Review the proration preview — you'll only pay the difference for the remainder of your current cycle
- Click Apply Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new limits (credits, concurrent jobs, team seats) are active right away. You'll receive a prorated credit top-up for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Review the impact preview
- Click Apply Plan Changes
Downgrades also take effect immediately. Stripe applies prorated billing adjustments automatically. If you exceed the new plan's limits (e.g., more team members than the new seat limit), existing members remain but you won't be able to invite more until you're within limits.
Note: No extra credits are granted on downgrade.
Switching Billing Intervals
You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. Yearly billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
After cancellation, you keep access to all features until your period ends. You can reactivate at any time before then by clicking Undo Cancellation.
Credit Policies
- Subscription credits are granted monthly and roll over for up to 3 billing cycles
- Purchased credit packs never expire — they persist across plan changes
- On upgrade: You receive a prorated credit top-up for the remaining cycle
- On downgrade: No additional credits are granted
- On cancellation: Remaining credits are available until the period ends
Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can update your payment method in Stripe's customer portal, accessible through your account settings.
