Organizing Creations with Collections

Collections help you organize generated content into named groups such as seasonal launches, ads, or delivery-platform assets.

Create a Collection

1. Open Jobs (creation history).
2. In Named Collections, enter a name.
3. Click Create Collection.

You can also access collections from the root page where recent collections are listed.

Add Creations to a Collection

1. In the All Creations grid, use Add to Collection on any item.
2. Choose an existing collection.
3. The assignment is saved immediately.

To remove an item, select No collection.

Open a Collection

You can open a collection from:

• Jobs collection cards
• Collection badges on job cards
• The root page Collections section

Inside a collection page, you can review all included creations and navigate to each job detail.

Collection Limits by Plan

If you reach the limit, archive/delete unused collections or upgrade at /pricing.

Recommended Structure

• Group by campaign (Spring Menu 2026, Holiday Ads).
• Keep one collection per output destination (Instagram, DoorDash, Website Hero).
• Use consistent naming so your team can find assets quickly.
